Well, summer is finally here and we are busier than ever! I thought summer meant relaxing and sitting around a lot???
I guess there is a bit of relaxing in the sun going on in the backyard and on the boat but not much sitting around. The kids are keeping me hopping for sure. Especially this Canada Day weekend since Ken was up north house boating on Lake Shuswap for Greg's Surprise Stag. I think I deserve the wife of the year award for letting him go away for that one! I did survive it thanks to our closest friends the Hughes' and the Gibsons and of course my favorite babysitter Carly! You guys rock! Ken said he had a great time though which is great. I'm now wondering when my weekend away will be coming - hmmm.....
Also, Adrian had his preschool graduation a couple weeks ago now. So cute! He starts again in September.
In just a few days my parents arrive by car from Ontario and we are all super psyched! The kids keep talking about Grandma and Grandpa coming and I am so thankful to have some help for a few weeks. Hopefully the weather is nice and we are able to get in lots of boating while they are here.
